For real and demo accounts, you can choose leverage between 1:25 and 1:2000. For PAMM/COPY accounts, the maximum leverage is 1:500. To change it, simply click the pencil icon next to your account number in the dashboard, open the “Leverage” section, and select your desired level. The change will take effect within seconds.
Smaller accounts are more vulnerable to minor market movements. The 1:500 cap helps prevent margin calls from triggering too quickly and avoids negative balances. If you increase your balance, you’ll be able to select higher leverage.

During periods of automatic leverage reduction (e.g., before major news releases), you will need sufficient free margin to close one side of a hedged position. If free margin is insufficient, the system will block the closure. Under normal conditions (when leverage is not reduced), closing hedge positions does not require additional margin.
