Dear Clients,
Please be informed that due to the UK Summer Bank Holiday on Monday, August 25, 2025, there will be adjustments to the trading hours of the FTSE 100 Index.
On August 25, the London Stock Exchange will be closed, and no trading will be available for the FTSE 100. All other symbols and international markets unaffected by this holiday will remain open and tradable as usual.
The UK Summer Bank Holiday is a public holiday observed on the last Monday of August in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. With roots in the 19th century, it offers people a chance to rest and enjoy the late summer, often marked by social events, festivals, and family travel. Banks, government offices, and many businesses remain closed during this holiday, and people usually take the opportunity to enjoy the end of summer.
