Enhanced Search Functionality in the Knowledge Base

Users can now quickly search for answers within the Trendo’s Knowledge Base instantly, making it easier to find solutions without needing to contact support or wait for a reply.

How to Use the Search Feature:

1. Go to the Support section in the app.

Steps in Answering Surveys:

1. When there’s a survey for you to participate in, a number will appear on top of the bell.

2. Navigate to the Support section in the app.

3. Select the Survey option.

User-Initiated Withdrawal Cancellation

With this update, users can now cancel withdrawal requests directly from the system if necessary.

Steps in Canceling a Withdrawal:

1. Navigate to the Withdrawal menu

2. Select the pending transaction you wish to cancel

3. Click on Cancel Withdrawal

Withdrawal Cancellation Conditions:

1. At least 10 minutes must have passed since the withdrawal request to be able to use this feature.

2. Cancellation is only available for withdrawals that have not yet been processed.
