In this version, we have introduced a Knowledge Base to address frequently asked questions. Users can now access a comprehensive and reliable source of information before reaching out to support. This feature enables you to find the answers you need in the shortest time possible, allowing you to resolve issues quickly without waiting for a support response.
1. Select Your Question Topic
Upon entering the support page, you first need to specify the topic of your question.

2. Change the Language to Persian (If Needed)
If the platform language is set to English, you can switch it to Persian to view relevant topics in your preferred language.

3. Get Answers from the Knowledge Base
After selecting a topic, a list of the most frequently asked questions will be displayed. Click on the desired question to view the answer in text, image, or video format.
